Different countries impose a variety of taxes and duties on imported goods. Our international customers are responsible for these taxes and duties if any are imposed.

Payment and Billing

Methods of payment
Whirling Girl accepts the following credit cards:
Visa
MasterCard

If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. Please refer to your credit card company if the problem persists.

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accept cash, CODs, checks or money orders for online purchases. If you would like to pay with a check please call us at (206) 355-4567.

Tax and duty policy
Orders shipped to the state of Washington will be charged an 8.6% sales tax. These taxes will be added to your total order. For orders outside the United States, all applicable duties must be paid by the customer, and will be billed by the delivering carrier.

If you're not completely satisfied with your Whirling Girl purchase, simply return it to us. We'll be happy to make an exchange or issue you a refund for the original price paid when the item is returned to us within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

NOTE: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom or engraved items.

Refunds are issued in the original form of payment. If you decide to make a return after 30 days, you will receive a merchandise exchange or merchandise credit equal to the original price paid.

We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective.

Credit Card Refunds
On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
