6. What about sales tax, use tax and duties?
Orders shipped to the state of Washington will be charged an 8.6% sales tax.
These taxes will be added to your total order. For orders outside the United States,
all applicable duties must be paid by the customer, and will be billed by the
delivering carrier.

8. Can I return or exchange my purchase?
If you're not completely satisfied with your Whirling Girl
purchase, simply return it to us. We'll be happy to make an
exchange or issue you a refund for the original price paid
when the item is returned to us within 30 days of receipt
of your shipment.
NOTE: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom or
engraved items.
Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.
If you decide to make a return after 30 days,
you will receive a merchandise exchange or merchandise credit
equal to the original price paid.

We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective.
Credit Card Refunds
On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

9. How do I know if online ordering is secure?
At Whirling Girl, protecting your information is a priority. We use

so only Whirling Girl is able to decode your information.

our secure ordering pages. If

With regard to overall security, we always use industry
